These endorsements demonstrate our continued dedication to providing compassionate, participant-centered service throughout Sydney.

“Life-Changing Support”
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis three years ago, and one of the hardest things to come to terms with was losing the ability to keep my home the way I always had. I used to take pride in having a spotless house — it was important to me. After my diagnosis, even simple tasks like vacuuming or scrubbing the bathroom became exhausting and sometimes impossible on my bad days.
My Support Coordinator suggested I look into NDIS cleaning support, and after a bit of research, I found Cleaning Corp. From the very first phone call, I felt heard. The team took the time to understand my condition, my good days and my bad days, and built a cleaning plan around my actual life rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.
Having the Cleaning Corp team come every week has been absolutely life-changing. My home is consistently clean and hygienic, I have more energy to focus on my health and my family, and I finally feel comfortable inviting friends over again. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in a similar situation.

“Professional, Caring and Incredibly Understanding”
As the mother of a 24-year-old son with Autism Spectrum Disorder, finding the right service providers has always been one of my biggest challenges. My son is very sensitive to change, to new people, and to disruptions in his routine. Bringing anyone new into our home requires a great deal of preparation and patience.
When I first contacted Cleaning Corp, I explained all of this before anything else. I was honestly expecting them to say it would not be a problem and then turn up completely unprepared — as has happened with other providers in the past. Instead, the team took everything I said seriously. They arranged for the same cleaner to visit every single time, they were briefed on my son’s preferences and sensitivities, and on the first visit they took things slowly and let him set the pace.
That was eight months ago. My son now looks forward to the cleaning days. He knows the team member by name, and the routine has become a comfortable and familiar part of his week. It has made an enormous difference to our household. Cleaning Corp treats my son with such kindness and respect, and for that I will always be grateful.

“Exceptional, Consistent and Completely Reliable”
I sustained a spinal cord injury in a workplace accident four years ago, and my life changed overnight. I went from being a very active, independent person to needing support with things I had never thought twice about before — including keeping my apartment clean.
I have been using Cleaning Corp for just over a year now, and in that time they have never once disappointed me. The same team member comes every fortnight, she knows exactly how I like things done, and the standard of cleaning is genuinely exceptional every single time. My bathroom and kitchen in particular are always spotless, which is important for my health given the complications associated with my injury.
The whole process with my NDIS Plan Manager has also been completely seamless. I do not have to deal with any invoices or paperwork — it all happens in the background. That simplicity means a lot to me. I would recommend Cleaning Corp to any NDIS participant without hesitation.

“They Gave Me Back My Home — and My Confidence” Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is one of those conditions that is difficult to explain to people who have not experienced it. On a bad day, even getting out of bed is a major achievement. The idea of vacuuming, mopping floors, or cleaning the bathroom is completely out of the question. Before I found Cleaning Corp, my home had gotten to a state that I was deeply ashamed of — and that shame was making my mental health worse. My GP referred me to a Support Coordinator, who helped me get cleaning support included in my NDIS plan. She recommended Cleaning Corp, and from the very first visit, the difference was remarkable. The team came in without any judgment, worked thoroughly and quietly, and left my home looking and smelling wonderful. That first proper clean after so long was genuinely emotional for me. I sat in my clean living room and cried with relief. Cleaning Corp comes fortnightly now, and knowing that my home will always be clean and welcoming — no matter how my health is that week — has given me back a sense of confidence and dignity that I had lost. I am so deeply grateful.

“Patient, Respectful and Completely Trustworthy” I want to be honest about something — inviting strangers into my home is not easy for me. I live with anxiety and PTSD, and the idea of having people I do not know moving through my personal space was something I found genuinely distressing when my Support Coordinator first suggested cleaning support. But she assured me that Cleaning Corp was different, and she was absolutely right. Before the first visit, a team member called me to introduce themselves, explain exactly what would happen, and ask if I had any concerns or preferences. That one phone call made an enormous difference to my anxiety levels. They assigned the same person to my home every single visit. Over the first few weeks, I gradually relaxed as I got to know her and built trust. Now, six months later, I feel completely comfortable. She respects my space, never moves things without asking, and always checks in with me before and after each visit. For someone like me, that level of consistency and sensitivity is not just appreciated — it is essential. Cleaning Corp understood that from day one.

“My Support Coordinator Made the Best Recommendation”
I have had rheumatoid arthritis for over a decade, and the joint pain and stiffness it causes makes physical housework incredibly painful. On some days, even gripping a mop or scrubbing a surface is enough to cause a flare-up that sets me back for days. For years, I relied on my daughter to help with cleaning, which put an unfair burden on her and caused stress for both of us.
When cleaning support was added to my NDIS plan, my Support Coordinator recommended Cleaning Corp straight away. I remember her saying they were one of the easiest providers she worked with, and that her other participants were very happy with them. That recommendation gave me confidence.
She was completely right. Cleaning Corp has been coming to my home every week for five months now, and every single visit is excellent. They are thorough, friendly, and genuinely seem to care about doing a good job. My daughter no longer has to worry about my housework, I no longer have to push through the pain to keep my home clean, and our relationship has improved because of it. That is not something I expected from a cleaning service, but it is the reality.

“Dependable, Professional and Genuinely Kind”
My wife and I are both in our seventies. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease two years ago, and while I am still relatively independent in many ways, the physical demands of housework have become too much for either of us to manage safely. My tremors make tasks like mopping and scrubbing the bathroom genuinely dangerous — I have had a couple of near-falls that frightened us both.
Our daughter helped us access NDIS support, and Cleaning Corp was recommended through a local disability support group. From our very first contact with them, the team was warm, patient, and respectful. They understood our situation without us having to over-explain ourselves, which we appreciated enormously.
The team member who comes to our home is absolutely wonderful — she is professional, thorough, and treats both of us with great kindness. She always has a friendly chat with my wife while she works, which my wife particularly enjoys. Our home is consistently clean, we feel safe, and we no longer worry about either of us injuring ourselves trying to manage the housework. Cleaning Corp has given us both real peace of mind.

“Non-Judgmental, Consistent and Genuinely Helpful” Mental health conditions are not always visible, and they are not always understood — even by service providers who should know better. I have had experiences with other providers who made me feel judged or dismissed because my disability is not a physical one. That is why I was cautious when I first approached Cleaning Corp. My concerns were completely unfounded. From the very beginning, the team was matter-of-fact, warm, and completely non-judgmental. They understood that my ability to maintain my home fluctuates with my mental health, and they have always been flexible and understanding when I have needed to adjust my schedule during difficult periods. During my harder months, having Cleaning Corp maintain my home has been one of the most stabilising things in my routine. A clean environment genuinely supports my mental health — it reduces my anxiety, helps me feel more in control, and gives me one less overwhelming thing to think about. I am so glad I found a provider that understands that.

“They Treat My Home Like Their Own”
I had a stroke eighteen months ago at the age of 52. The recovery has been long and the journey has not always been easy, but I am making progress every day. One of the practical challenges of my recovery has been that I simply cannot manage the physical demands of housework — my mobility and strength on my left side are still significantly limited.
My occupational therapist recommended adding cleaning support to my NDIS plan, and my Plan Manager connected me with Cleaning Corp. I have been using their services for about a year now, and I honestly could not be happier.
What strikes me most is the genuine care the team brings to every visit. They do not rush, they do not cut corners, and they always ask if there is anything specific I would like them to focus on. My home is always spotless after their visits, and they handle my belongings and furniture with real care. I often say they treat my home like their own — and that is the highest compliment I can give.

“An Absolute Godsend for Our Family”
My mother was diagnosed with dementia four years ago, and I am her primary carer. Caring for someone with dementia is one of the most demanding and emotionally exhausting things a person can do, and finding reliable, trustworthy support services has been an ongoing challenge throughout our journey.
When I contacted Cleaning Corp about providing cleaning support for my mother’s home, I was immediately impressed by how seriously they took the situation. They understood that for someone with dementia, consistency and familiarity are absolutely critical. They assigned the same team member to every visit, ensured she always arrived at the same time, and briefed her thoroughly on how to interact with my mother in a calm, patient, and reassuring way.
My mother has responded beautifully to the arrangement. She recognises the team member now and seems genuinely comfortable in her presence. Her home is consistently clean and hygienic, which gives me enormous peace of mind given the health implications of an unclean environment for someone in her condition. I cannot express how much of a difference Cleaning Corp has made to our family. They are an absolute godsend.

“Professional, Patient and Always on Time”
I sustained an acquired brain injury in a car accident six years ago. The cognitive and physical effects of my injury mean that managing a household is something I genuinely struggle with. I have difficulty with planning and sequencing tasks, and the physical fatigue that comes with my condition means that even when I want to clean, I often simply cannot follow through.
My Support Coordinator helped me access cleaning support through my NDIS plan, and Cleaning Corp was her recommendation. I have been with them for eight months now, and the consistency and reliability of their service has been outstanding. They always arrive at the scheduled time, they follow the same cleaning routine each visit which helps me feel oriented and comfortable, and the quality of the work is always excellent.
The team member who visits me is also very patient and understanding. She never makes me feel like a burden and always communicates clearly and simply with me, which I genuinely appreciate. For someone dealing with the challenges of an acquired brain injury, having a service I can completely rely on without having to think too hard about it is more valuable than I can put into words.

“Finally a Provider That Truly Understands”
Fibromyalgia is a condition that many people — including some healthcare professionals — do not fully understand. The widespread pain, fatigue, and cognitive difficulties it causes are very real, very debilitating, and very unpredictable. On my worst days, the thought of doing any housework at all is completely overwhelming.
I had tried two other cleaning providers before finding Cleaning Corp, and both experiences were frustrating. Neither provider seemed to grasp that my needs could vary significantly from week to week, and neither was willing to be flexible when I needed adjustments.
Cleaning Corp was a completely different experience from day one. They listened carefully to my explanation of fibromyalgia without skepticism or dismissal, and they built flexibility into my cleaning plan from the start. When I have a particularly difficult week and need to reschedule or adjust the focus of the clean, they accommodate that without any fuss. When I am having a better period, we can add extra tasks to make the most of the session.
That flexibility, combined with consistently excellent cleaning standards, has made Cleaning Corp an indispensable part of my support system. I finally feel like I have found a provider that truly understands what it means to live with a fluctuating, complex condition — and that makes all the difference.
